Bargain Days Events Begin Crowds began filling the Downtown, S. State and S. University shopping areas this morning as local merchants observed Bargain Days. The Street Art Fair on S. University attracted young and old Ann Arborites (top picture), while sidewalk sales were the order of the day on S. State. Farmers' stands were set up on the downtown area's Promenade.
